  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most of our products
  • Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID along with photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability)

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval
