Refund Policy

At Homes Hack, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.


1. Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a refund if a request is raised within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • An incorrect product has been received
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.


2. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all packaging and tags
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details provided by the customer


4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Requests raised after the 7-day period
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences
