Refund Policy
At Homes Hack, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible for a refund if a request is raised within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- An incorrect product has been received
- The product has a manufacturing defect
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
2. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all packaging and tags
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details provided by the customer
4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Requests raised after the 7-day period
- Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences
